	What documents do I receive as a member?

	A Sales & Purchase agreement This is the stamped document that you signed on the day you joined this club. A copy of the Schedule 1, a Schedule of Purchase is attached to this document. Ownership card Upon receipt of 30% payment of your ownership fees, Platinum cards for you and a joint applicant will be processed. Certificate Upon receipt of 100% payment of your ownership fees, a certificate that shows that you are a registered owner will be processed.

	When do I receive my agreement? You will receive your stamped agreement within thirty days of joining. What should I do if I still haven't received my agreement? You should contact Member Relations Officer to assist you. What are the advantages of having the Platinum card? The ownership card serves as 1. Recognition to you as an Interval Owner. 2. Identification when you check into our resort. What is the procedure of replacing lost ownership card? 1. You should immediately report the loss to Member Relations. 2. Give a written confirmation of the loss. 3. Or, submit a photocopy of police report, if any. How much does a replacement card cost? The first replacement will cost you RM10. Subsequent replacements will cost additional RM10 to your previous cost. (RM 20 for the second replacement, RM 30 for the third and so on.) Where can I pay the replacement fee? Payments can be made at Member Relations Department
