INTRODUCTION	What is the Duta Vista Vacation Ownership Scheme?

	This is a time-sharing concept of pre-paid vacation through ownership of seven (7) continuous nights in a calendar year & offers members an opportunity to participate in a scheme which provides holiday experiences in resorts which are located in popular vacation destinations. This scheme is managed by Tanco Resorts Berhad which provides and co-ordinates for its members accommodation at its resorts. The members are addressed as Interval Owners.

	The ownership is perpetual. On top of the Duta Vista Vacation Ownership Scheme, you are entitled to enjoy the RCI membership. DV is affiliated to RCI, which has over 3,700 resorts in more than 100 countries. Interval Owners, being members of RCI also, are entitled to request an exchange unit in an RCI resort.
