How do I make a reservation?

How do I know if my week has been deposited?
You will receive an RCI Spacebank Deposit Acknowledgement Card within 14 days.
How much notice do I need to make a booking?
You may submit your exchange request as early as one year in advance of your desired travel dates or as late as two days.
How can I increase my chances of securing a booking?
It is important to understand that what RCI can offer you at any one time depends on what is available in the Spacebank Pool at that time. By booking well in advance, you have a much better chance of securing you choice(s). You also increase your Trading Power. You also need to be flexible and give a list of options.
How will I know my reservation is confirmed?
If a match is made, RCI will confirm your request immediately and will send you a written Vacation Exchange Confirmation and Resort Information Sheet.
When will I receive the confirmation letter?
You will receive the confirmation letter within 14 days.
What if I cancel my reservation?
If you decide to cancel a confirmed reservation, the exchange fees paid to RCI will be forfeited.
The RCI cancellation policies are as follows:
61 days or more before the check-in date : S$70.00
60 days or less before the check-in date : Full amount forfeited
If the cancellation notification is received at least TWO DAYS before the start date of your exchange, you can still use your Spacebank to request for another exchange.
