Who can join the Rental Pool Programme?
Beginning from 2008, the Rental Pool Programme is open to the first 100 intervals, regardless of the purchase date.

What are the conditions to participate the Rental Pool Programme?
Participation in the Rental Pool Programme can only be accepted upon full payment of the purchase price and payment of the annual maintenance fees for the current year.

How does an Interval Owner participate the Rental Pool Programme?
To participate in the rental pool service, you are required to submit the completed form or your request in writing in the year of participation, as no verbal instruction or standing order of any kind would be entertained. The submission of the completed form will only be accepted from 1st October until 31 December of the preceeding year only.

What is the deadline for acceptance of the Rental Pool request?
Acceptance of request is until 31 December of the preceeding year or upon receiving 100 deposits, whichever is earlier. Proof of sending does not imply proof of receipt by the Management Company.

How much proceeds can I expect out of this programme?
The Management Company shall determine the rental rates of the suites at its own discretion. From the monies collected from the rental pool, the Management Company shall distributed based on the formula of 65:35, where by the participating interval owner will be equally sharing the 65% of the amount collected whereas the Management Company will be getting 35% of the portion.

When will I receive the proceeds?
You will receive your proceeds in the following calendar year, after the accounts have been audited.

Can I deposit my balance of nights to 'Rental Pool Programme'?
No, you are required to deposit full seven (7) nights, or a minimum of 1 interval, into the Rental Pool Programme.
