When do I receive my membership card?
You will receive your membership card thirty days after receipt of 30% payment of your membership fees.

How many membership cards will I receive?
You will be issued two membership cards (one for the main applicant and one for the joint applicant) even if you have more than one contract.

What should I do if I still haven’t received my card?
If thirty days have passed since you completed your 30% payment and submitted your photos, you should contact Member Relations to assist you.

What are the advantages of having the membership card?

The membership card serves as:
1. Recognition as our member
2. Identification when you check into our resort

What is the procedure of replacing lost membership card?

1. You should immediately report the loss to
Member Relations.
2. Provide a written confirmation of the loss.
3. Or, submit a photocopy of police report, if any.


How much does a replacement card cost?
The first replacement is RM10. Subsequent replacements will cost additional RM10 to your previous cost. (RM 20 for the second replacement, RM 30 for the third and so on.)

Where can I pay the replacement fee?
Payments can be made at our Member Relations Department.
