What are the operating hours for Member Relations?
Member Relations Department is open from 9am to 7pm (Mondays to Fridays) & 9am to 5pm (Saturdays) & close on Sundays & Public Holidays.

How many points do I need in order to stay in a particular resort?
Please refer to the details in the points chart/ membership guide.

How is the point value derived?
The point value depends on the seasons, unit sizes and resort location.

Does Tanco have red, white and blue season differences?
YES.

RED	High/peak season

BLUE	Low season

How many persons can stay in a particular unit?
That depends on the unit type, as different unit types have different occupancy levels.

If I do not have sufficient points, what can I do?
If you have balance of points but they are insufficient to book a night in any particular resort you can purchase additional points called Bonus Time. Bonus Time allows you to purchase a certain number of points to add up to become the required total of points of one night’s stay at any resort.

When can I purchase bonus time?
Our Member Relations Officer will advice accordingly when and how much bonus time require for that particular reservation.

How much is a Bonus Time point?
The bonus time is 0.16 cents per point for all local resorts with the exception of Duta Vista and overseas resorts at 0.20 cents per point.

How do I pay for my Bonus Time?
You may pay by cash, cheque or credit card. Cash payments can be made at Member Relations Department or you can bank into Maybank account of TANCO RESORTS BERHAD, account 014-329-413-584. For credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) or charge card payments (Amex and Diners), please call Member Relations Officer & advise our cashier of your card particulars.

Payment of bonus time must be PAID after 14 days reservation was made.

Can I cancel my reservations?
Reservations may be cancelled or postponed by giving a written notice to Member Relations Department and is subject to the following provisions:


(a)	For reservations made and cancelled 31 days and more before check in date, all of the points utilised shall be re-credited in full.

(b)	For reservation made and cancelled 21 to 30 days before check in date, 25% of the points utilised shall be deducted.

(c)	For reservation made and cancelled 15 to 20 days before check in date, 50% of the points utilised shall be deducted.

(d)	For reservations made and cancelled 14 days or less before check in date, all the points will be forfeited.


(a)	If you cancel Bonus Time reservations more than 14 days before check in date, all points used shall be forfeited and all monies being paid shall be refunded in full.

(b)	In the event you cancel Bonus Time reservations less than 14 days before check in date, all points used and all monies being paid shall be forfeited.

Can I combine my points with another member?
No, you can't.

How can I know my balance of points?
Please contact Member Relations Officer..

Why is there no written statement issued to show me my points used and balance of points?
A written statement is reflected in your confirmation letter.
