	What documents do I receive as a member? You will receive the following documents: 1. A Membership Agreement This is the stamped document that you signed on the day you joined this club. A copy of the Schedule of Purchase is attached to this document. 2. Membership card Upon receipt of 30% payment of your membership fees, membership cards for you and a joint applicant will be processed. 3. Certificate Upon receipt of 100% payment of your membership fees, a certificate that shows that you are a registered member will be processed. 4. 	When do I receive my agreement? You will receive your stamped agreement within thirty days of joining. What should I do if I still haven't received my agreement? You should contact Member Relations Officer to assist you.

	When do I receive my membership card? You will receive your membership card 30 days after receipt of 30% payment of your membership fees. How many membership cards will I receive? You will be issued two membership cards (one for the main applicant and one for the joint applicant) even if you have more than one contract. What should I do if I still haven’t received my card? If 30 days have passed since you completed your 30% payment and submitted your photos, you should contact Member Relations Officer to assist you. What are the advantages of having the membership card? The membership card serves as: 1. Recognition as our member 2. Identification when you check into our resort What is the procedure of replacing lost membership card? 1. You should immediately report the loss to Member Relations Officer . 2. Provide a written confirmation of the loss. 3. Or, submit a photocopy of police report, if any. How much does a replacement card cost? The first replacement is RM10. Subsequent replacements will cost additional RM10 to your previous cost. (RM 20 for the second replacement, RM 30 for the third and so on.) Where can I pay the replacement fee? Payments can be made at our Member Relations Department.

	Where can I view my Membership Guide/ Point Chart? You can view the Membership Guide/ Point Chart by login to www.etanco.net (members need to register in order to view the information). Alternatively, members can requested a copy from Member Relations Officer .

	When do I receive my certificate? You will receive your certificate 60 days after receipt of 100% payment of your membership fees. What should I do if I still haven't received my certificate? You should contact Member Relations Officer to assist you.
