Can I make cash payments?
Cash payments must be made in person at the venues stated above.
(Please do not send cash by post.)

Can I make my payments via credit card?
Payments via credit card (Mastercard and Visa) can charge card (Amex and Dinners) can be made in 3 ways:
1. Walk-in to the offices mentioned above
2. Payment advice, where instruction is given to
deduct payment monthly
3. One-Off-Call 03-2092 2020 Ext 358-368
and payment will be deducted

Can I make my payments by banking-in?
Payments can be made to Maybank
"PTB VWC Trust Fund"
Account number 514-057-601-697.

When faxing the bank in slip, please state your Contract Number clearly so that your account can be credited accordingly.

Alternatively, payment can be made via third party transfer by using the same account number. Please forward the payment slip/ detail so that your payment is credited accordingly.

What is anniversary fee?
The anniversary fee, or maintenance fees is the sum payable by members which is used to provide and maintain the accommodations, facilities and amenities at the resorts.

Why do I need to pay my anniversary fee?
You need to keep your anniversary fee up-to-date to be able to make your reservations.

How much is my anniversary fee?
The anniversary fee is currently RM50 per interval. Thus if your membership is 7 intervals, you need to pay RM350 per year.

When do I need to pay my anniversary fee?
The anniversary fee must be paid 90 days prior to your anniversary date.
